My bike and equipment cost like $600 after all is said and done (bags, fender, lights, etc), bike shorts are at least like $50 each, and that's about the cheapest you can go.<br /><br />But hey, I've got more money than knees, and while I'm biking I'm not in pain all the time, so I'll go with that. Doesn't running hurt? (I guess it doesn't anymore now that you've been doing it your whole life.
